Today's review is strictly based on the food you see and the good service. I'm not sure what this place turns into at 2am but it looks like fun! It certainly has that dark dive bar feel but let's focus on the food. Oxtail pho is what I'm talking about.. There's no polite way to eat oxtail except for grabbing that hunk of bone and channeling your inner caveman/woman. Broth was rich and came with all the typical fixings. Pro tip: order an extra oxtail for $2 Papaya salad was also really nice and refreshing, it's a good sign when you hear that pounding sound coming from the kitchen.

They were open during Covid very clean staff wearing masks, cleaning in between customers, nice quiet little restaurant. I tried the oxtail pho it was tasty, oxtail had decent amount of meat on it. Was tender, the other meats in the soup we're good too, The brisket was a little flabby and I didn't get any meatballs or tendons. Overall I'd try them again!!

First time here, it's very dark... (guess it was because it's part night club). I walk up to the first small door and it was all dark , no open sign , and the door was lock , might have help if they place a sign saying use other door... But 11 min after the place was open , I walk pass that small door and then another door then the double door , just to see someone came to unlock it . I have to say the service was good though , our guy came around a few time to check on us , unlike other places that won't give you the light of day . And again he came back to make sure we have got all that we order (which we order a lot), I just didn't post it all. Chicken feet ok, a bit dry and spicy (the technique that they used) dim sum style would be way better . The chicken wings.. nothing impressive , just salt .. maybe a bit too much salt. 4 stars for the service , 3 for the foods, 2 for the atmosphere.

We've been hearing a lot about their oxtail pho so we decided to go for lunch to try it out. Upon entering and ordering, the waiter notified us that the oxtail pho was not ready so to our surprise, we asked when it would be. It would have been ridiculous for it to not be ready by the time they opened up. The waiter went in the back and asked and came back and informed us that they did have it and it was ready so we went and ordered that along with their curry noodle soup. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed the trip there. The oxtail pho wasn't anything too special and tasted like regular pho and you get one in your soup to eat so if you don't like to pick at your food, you're definitely better off ordering regular pho.

This is one of the best pho restaurants on the east side of Saint Paul mainly because of their ox tail pho. The broth is homey and well seasoned. I highly recommend the chicken feet--the deep fried, seasoned app is highly addicting.
